Project Bragg - Progress V

Today we had a very successful Open House of the Rose Garden Remodel. The project is nearing completion and the clients are ready to move in. The kitchen is the main area left to finish, including: staining the cabinets, installing appliances, installing the backsplash. The backsplash is a custom design that you will see sketched in one of the photos below. Our next round of photos within the next two weeks will include the final shots of all the materials used.

Project Bragg - Progress IV

Today we started a new week at Project Bragg in the Rose Garden area. We have accomplished so many things within the past few weeks, bringing us closer to our end of month goal. We have finished the baseboards, crown moulding, cabinets in both bathrooms, and installed doors throughout the house. The hardwood floors have also been installed and today the final coat was applied to a few rooms.

This week we are anticipating finishing the bathrooms by installing the countertops. Granite and marble will be going into one of each. The kitchen cabinets will be installed, allowing the rest of the kitchen process to continue moving forward.

Below are some photos that were taken this morning. Here is the current status as we near completion in time for the homeowners to move into their new and improved home.




One of the most significant room transformations is the master bathroom. We now have his and her sinks and an elegant stand up shower with custom tilework. The space is much larger than before with this new layout.

Project Bragg - Progress III

The dry wall is up at Project Bragg and we are ready to install the hardwood floors this morning. The new flooring will be placed throughout the entire house. We will have more photos ready after the installation is complete. Next step after the flooring are the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
