Project O'Neil - FINAL

This San Jose homeowner contacted us for a project that entailed locating and installing a new front door with new stucco around the front of the house. We recommended a preferred vendor for the door, which ended up being a stunning sand casted metal piece with operable glass panels. We also added new exterior electrical with timers and repaired a previous contractors work. Before and after photos are below.

Project Case - FINAL

This homeowner discovered us on Yelp while searching for a contractor who could assist with a master bathroom remodel. Their plans for this project had developed over a 2 year period and they were finally ready to begin the process. They selected all the materials themselves. There was a complete relocation of all items which required moving the existing window in the master bedroom in order to accommodate the new floor plan. We had a structural engineer provide precise calculations and diagrams for framing, including sheer wall with hold downs. After the master bathroom was complete, we completed the guest bathroom remodel and installed new interior doors throughout the hallway. Before and after photos are below.

Project Pilarski - FINAL

This project consisted of installing a natural stone around the fireplace. We worked with the homeowner to design the creative direction with the materials. The homeowner then worked with one of our preferred vendors to select their final stone. The homeowner also built, stained, and installed the wood mantle piece. Before and after photos below.

Project Leung - FINAL

This project was for a client who found us on Yelp and needed two bathroom remodels for their home in San Jose. We completed the work back in October 2010 and just recently were able to capture the final photos!

The client had already purchased all their materials for the master and guest bathrooms. The master bathroom remodel was a complete relocation and reconfiguration of all items within the space, including master closet that was previously located inside the bathroom. We relocated the closet to be within the master bedroom space rather than bathroom. The shower included marble with a custom glass shower door. The guest bathroom included tumbled travertine in the tub surround. We worked with homeowner to build a custom tile design using the existing materials she had already purchased. Here are the before and after photos.

Project Weaver - FINAL

Project Weaver in Sunnyvale CA found us on Yelp. They wanted a custom master bathroom remodel with a unique flair. We pulled in Caitlin Campbell of Symmetry Designs to help customize the redesign. Caitlin was the visionary behind the wave design in the custom tilework and worked closely with Connie Weaver to achieve a masterpiece. Connie put in countless hours of assorting the tiles and colors by hand, and created the wave mosaic herself! PortItalia then began the arduous task of installing the design. This was a labor of love for all parties involved, and the finished work is truly stunning. The shower door was custom made with a sand blasted band for added privacy. A structural engineer was involved for the shear wall with hold downs, and lastly, we included custom cabinetry for a nice finish. Here are the before and after photos:
