Project Bergmann - FINAL

Project Bergmann in Santa Clara was a complete guest bathroom remodel. We demolished down to the studs for this project in order to implement a true floor-to-ceiling upgrade. We upgraded the electric panel to a 200 amp panel in order to provide circuits to the bathroom, garage, and planning ahead for future projects. We installed a new water heater and new copper pipe to bathroom. The remodel was designed by Timothy Knudsen. All materials were hand selected and purchased by Timothy, who completed the custom tile work himself for the tub surround and bathroom floor. The finished result looks and feels amazing.

Project Setti - BEFORE/AFTER

Project Setti was a very enjoyable project in Morgan Hill, CA with tremendous transformation. We were contacted to open up the living space that was situated between the Family room, Dining Room, and Living Room. We suggested to the client that we match the similiar architecture elements that were already existing within the house. This included building one large archway that created a major gateway to all the connected rooms. We relocated the electrical and audio system accordingly and installed new recessed lights and ceiling fan in the Family Room. We also painted the walls, ceilings, and archway in all affected rooms. Lastly, we removed the existing carpet and installed pre-finished distressed engineered flooring over the existing slab, which helped seal the new cozy space even further. Below are some photos:

Project Newman

Project Newman was a for a client in the heart of Willow Glen who was looking for a complete floor to ceiling kitchen remodel. We worked together for several weeks to plan the detailed renovation prior to breaking ground. This required the involvement of a structural engineer to strategically remove a wall in the kitchen that supported the second floor of the home. It was crucial that this particular wall be removed in order to significantly open up the space. The final design included architectural elements on the ceiling, reframing another wall to accommodate new custom bay window above sink, and also custom tile design work for the backsplash. For a final touch, we repainted the dining room that is adjacent to the kitchen.

Below are a series of before/after photos of this amazing project.
